When do I need to arrive at the departure port?
Passengers with confirmed reservations must check in at the Endeavor Lines Embarkation Office at the port at least 2 hours before departure (3 hours for groups and campers). Non-compliance allows the Company to regard such passengers as "no shows" and accept other passengers in.
Cargo drivers must report to embarkation offices for check-in at least 3 hours before departure time with all their necessary travel and cargo papers. In case of late arrival at the harbor, the driver must inform immediately the embarkation office to avoid cancelation of his booking.
Unattained trailers must be ready for boarding in the harbor at least 5 hours earlier from the boarding time.
Is onboard camping available?
"Camping on board" is available from 1st April until 31st October. "Camping on board" passengers are welcome to use all public areas of the ship. The supply of electricity for caravans and mobile homes, and the use of WC and showers is free of charge. "Camping on Board" is a service governed by the regulations of the local Maritime Authorities. For Safety reasons the use of propane gas or other combustibles for cooking or heating is strictly forbidden throughout the time that mobile homes or caravans are on board the vessel.

What kind of food services are provided on board?
The vessels offer a self-service cafeteria, a la carte restaurant and bars, snackbars and bars. Meals are not included in the ticket price.
What forms of entertainment are provided?
The boats have many different forms of onboard entertainment including: a casino with roulette and blackjack, live music, a swimming pool, sun decks, electronic games and slot machines, and shopping.
Can I book an open-return ticket?
Yes, although there is no guarantee that space will be provided to passengers or vehicles with such tickets in July, August, or September, as the ships are filled to capacity during this period. Read terms & conditions for return ticket restrictions.
Are group discounts offered?
